As part of our inbound process, all shipments are placed in a staging area where quantities are verified against the Bill of Lading (BOL) or other inbound paperwork. Once verified, items are entered into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and assigned a barcode containing key details such as the customer’s name, date of shipment arrival, transaction ID, and SKU information. This barcode is then linked to the customer’s account, ensuring accurate tracking from the moment the inventory arrives.
As product is put away, it is scanned and assigned to a specific rack location, allowing for precise inventory tracking and quick retrieval. Our system guarantees that all inventory remains organized and easily accessible. Additionally, as part of our inbound process, customers automatically receive an email with an inbound receipt for their records, providing full transparency.
